CIO-SP3 (Chief Information Officers-Solutions and Partners 3) is a 10-year, multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The contract offers a means to provide services to Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). PioneerTech is a prime contractor for SeaPort-e.
